How to Organize your Interior Design Projects Using Asana
FREEBIE INCLUDED!
Today I’m going to show you exactly how to set up a new interior design project using Asana.
Plus I’ve provided a template below so you don’t have to start from scratch!
Note: You can import this exact template into Asana and customize it for yourself in the download below. Keep in mind, there are a few important instructions on the best way to do this, so you’ll need to watch the video to learn how.
I like Asana because it’s very flexible for various kinds of projects. You can assign due dates, assign team members to tasks, tag people, create subtasks, and take advantage of the calendar as well.
But even if you are a one-man/woman show, Asana can help you keep up with your to-do lists for each project, so you never miss a beat.
Asana has many integrations, but one of my favorites is Harvest for time-tracking. From inside asana, you can start a timer for the project and task you are working on which automatically gets entered in Harvest.
